Job Brief:
ProEnergy Solutions Ltd is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our ever-growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to help grow our client base.
Responsibilities:
- Developing new business relationships with prospective clients either through face to face and telephone contact.
- See that monthly sales targets are reached.
- Act as the primary contact between the company and the clients.
- Qualify all sales leads, provide value/benefit assessments and generate plans to close.
- Work hand in hand with the technical team to deliver the right product to the customer.
- See that the client is satisfied with the product or project.
- Identify prospective new business units that the company can invest in to grow.
- All other duties as assigned or required.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.
- A master’s degree in business administration is desirable.
- A degree in engineering is considered an asset.
- Be able to work alone and on own initiative.
- Be able to work as a team.
