Business Development Manager

Job Brief:

ProEnergy Solutions Ltd is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our ever-growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to help grow our client base.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing new business relationships with prospective clients either through face to face and telephone contact.
  • See that monthly sales targets are reached.
  • Act as the primary contact between the company and the clients.
  • Qualify all sales leads, provide value/benefit assessments and generate plans to close.
  • Work hand in hand with the technical team to deliver the right product to the customer.
  • See that the client is satisfied with the product or project.
  • Identify prospective new business units that the company can invest in to grow.
  • All other duties as assigned or required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.
  • A master’s degree in business administration is desirable.
  • A degree in engineering is considered an asset.
  • Be able to work alone and on own initiative.
  • Be able to work as a team.
